Amai’s Kitchen ZITF 2024

Amai’s Kitchen was a popular eatery at the ZITF 2024 as visitors to the Fair were spoilt for choice. A range of scrumptious Zimbabwean delicacies which provided a unique and authentic culinary experience for visitors were on offer.

The Ambassador of the United Kingdom to Zimbabwe His Excellency Peter Vowels was one of the visitors who patronized Amai’s Kitchen last Friday, as he joined The Patron of Tourism, The First Lady of the Republic of Zimbabwe Dr Auxillia Mnangagwa in preparing and serving the tasteful dishes.
Other Ambassadors such as the Ghanaian Ambassador to Zimbabwe H.E Alexander Ntrakwa and Ethiopian Ambassador to Zimbabwe H.E. Rashid Mohammed were also there embracing the Zimbabwe Gastronomy and appreciating the First Lady’s efforts.

The Patron’s initiatives in promoting the Gastronomy Tourism is getting momentum as people are increasingly appreciating the home grown varieties. It also underscores the importance of Gastronomy Tourism and its potential to foster cross-cultural understanding and appreciation.
