The Zimbabwe Tourism Authority (ZTA) would like to take this opportunity to cordially invite you as international hosted media to Sanganai/Hlanganani World Tourism Expo taking place from 12-14 October 2023. The Expo will be held at the Zimbabwe International Exhibition Centre, Bulawayo, Zimbabwe.

As a hosted international media, the ZTA would like to confirm that the following will be taken care of:

• Return ticket from country of origin for each hosted guest.

• Accommodation and Meals during the Sanganai/Hlanganani World Tourism Expo

• Transport to and from the Exhibitions

• Accommodation and meals during the media tour

• Air and ground transfers during media tour

TERMS OF PARTICIPATION:

Approved media will get long-haul flight from home country to Zimbabwe
Complimentary accommodation and meals will be offered during the fair period.
The Zimbabwe Tourism Authority in collaboration with the tourism industry will offer you an Exclusive opportunity to embark on one pre or post tour of your choice.
A minimum of 6 participants is required for a tour to take place.
All participants are expected to follow the itinerary.
There will be some instances where you will be required to share accommodation.
Once you have been registered on the Sanganai website please schedule your appointments
