Please Note:

While we offer a selection of scheduled tours as part of our program, media personnel who wish to participate in additional tours outside the provided itinerary or in other regions will be responsible for covering the costs of those tours independently.

Other Information

      TERMS OF PARTICIPATION:

  • All media will meet their long-haul flight costs, travel insurance, and visa fees.
  • The Zimbabwe Tourism Authority (ZTA), in collaboration with the tourism industry, will host you on a pre-tour of the Eastern Highlands region only.
  • Complimentary accommodation, breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided during the tours and the fair.
  • All participants are expected to follow the prescribed itinerary.
  • All media are to share their reportage when published or broadcast.
  • Pictures of you may be published on our social media pages or website for destination promotion.
  • Please note, we are not responsible for other guests taking pictures of you.
  • REGISTRATION DEADLINE FOR THE TOUR 30 June 2025
  • Confirmed participants will be notified within 14 days after registration.
