Stakeholders in Mumbai!

Seventeen private stakeholders are in Mumbai, India, to promote Zimbabwe as a must visit destination. This private sector-led initiative seeks to enhance Zimbabwe’s market presence in India and optimize opportunities. The Ministry of Tourism and Hospitality Industry represented by the Deputy Minister Hon, TM Mnangagwa& the Zimbabwe Tourism Authority are accompanying the stakeholders in a bid to offer full support.

This tourism drive aligns with the government’s efforts to diversify Zimbabwe’s economy, create jobs, and promote cultural exchange. By targeting the Indian market, Zimbabwe seeks to attract visitors interested in exploring its safari, adventure, cultural experiences, and sports tourism offerings. The inclusion of a cricket legend Hamilton Masakadza in the delegation aims to promote sports tourism and increase brand visibility, highlighting Zimbabwe’s diverse attractions beyond cricket.
