inister of Tourism and Hospitality Industry Hon Barbara Rwodzi actively engaged with various stakeholders to promote the heritage based Zimbabwe’s tourism industry at ZITF 2024.
The Minister toured various stands such as the Airports Company of Zimbabwe, School of Tourism and Hospitality, Mutare Polytechnic, National Biotechnology Authority, National Handling Services and the Terrace Africa.
She commended the Mutare Polytechnic for its innovative designs using the National Fabric and highlighted their creative production of hute wine and madhumbe cookies from indigenous products supporting Zimbabwe’s culture and heritage.
