World travel industry leaders flock to Germany for ITB Berlin 2024

The 2024 International Tourism Bourse has begun in Berlin, Germany with the Zimbabwe delegation and tourism players being part of exhibitors showcasing various tourism packages. The delegation is being led by the Minister of Tourism and Hospitality Industry, Honourable Barbara Rwodzi.Spanning from this Tuesday to the 7th of this month, the event has recorded exceptional bookings with more than 170 exhibitors from different countries in attendance. This year’s edition is being hosted under the theme; “Pioneer the Transition in Travel & Tourism, Together,” as it sets the motion on sustainable climate proofing for tourism from the aviation industry, infrastructure and global peace for tourists.
