Zimbabwe, Namibia and South Africa Unveil Strategic Three Destination Tourism Partnership Anchored on Digital Marketing

On the sidelines of the ongoing Africa’s Travel Indaba in Durban, Zimbabwe, Namibia and Cape Town, South Africa unveiled a Strategic Three Destination Tourism Partnership anchored on Digital Marketing, a bold move aimed at positioning Southern Africa as a competitive and unified Tourism hub. The collaboration will leverage joint campaigns and Digital platforms to boost visibility across International markets while showcasing Africa’s diverse Tourism experiences. The Deputy Minister of Tourism and Hospitality Industry Hon Tongai Mnangagwa highlighted that the partnership aligns with Zimbabwe’s engagement and re-engagement agenda under the leadership of His Excellency The President of the Republic of Zimbabwe Cde. Dr. E.D. Mnangagwa, whose vision continues to promote Regional Integration as a driver for Sustainable Tourism growth. The partnership also builds on the momentum of the “Unlimited Africa Pledge” endorsed by The President of South Africa His Excellency Cyril Ramaphosa at the official opening of Africa’s Travel Indaba, reinforcing Continental cooperation as key to driving Tourism, Investment, Innovation and Inclusive Economic transformation across Africa.
